I recently visited a Peet’s but was not able to use my gift card, why?

It sounds like you may have visited one of our partner locations.  At this time, Peet's Cards cannot be accepted at licensed partners such as airport or grocery locations. We aim to have the same Peet's quality experience and beverages at all locations, although due to licensed partners being under the management of the location they are within, they do not have the infrastructure to accommodate Peetnik Rewards or Peet's coupons and cards.
