TO ADD A ONE-TIME ITEM

To add a one-time item (or "add-on") to your next subscription shipment, make sure you're logged into your Peet's account. Then, simply browse for your favorite products, and select the 'Add This To My Order Scheduled For [DATE]' button.

A pop up will then appear with the option to add the item one time or subscribe to the item. Select 'Add one time item for 10% off' then 'Add to order.' You will not need to check out, the item will automatically be added to your next subscription shipment. (Shop Coffee --> Shop Tea)

One-time add-on items are eligible for an every day discount of 10% off when you have an active Peet's subscription. To learn more about our subscription benefits, click here.

TO REMOVE A ONE-TIME ITEM:

If you want to remove a one-time add-on from a scheduled subscription shipment, go to the 'Subscriptions' tab of your account and find the subscription you want to adjust. Locate the one-time item within the item list and click the 'Remove Item' button.

NOTE: When you add a one-time add-on item to your next shipment, you are not subscribing to that item. You will only receive it once with your next subscription order.

Any modifications or cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to an order's scheduled ship date. Once an order has processed you will not be able to make changes.
